- Expertise in the following fields: - Helpdesk, Desk side support, Microsoft Applications.
- Provide Support to front-end Operations support
- Identifying and addressing all L1 and L2 Issues.
- Working Closely with Infrastructure team during projects, and releases.
- Support full operations from systems perspective by ensuring user management/ email management/ group policies management.
- Working minimum supervision.
- Desktop level Trouble shooting.
- Updating of Tickets on I Support Help Desk.
- Microsoft Applications like Outlook, MS Office, Visual Studio, Oracle Installation and Implementation
- Working Knowledge of TCP IP Networking, IP telephony System.
- Knowledge of Hardware, and connection
