Job Description

  • Expertise in the following fields: - Helpdesk, Desk side support, Microsoft Applications.
  • Provide Support to front-end Operations support
  • Identifying and addressing all L1 and L2 Issues.
  • Working Closely with Infrastructure team during projects, and releases.
  • Support full operations from systems perspective by ensuring user management/ email management/ group policies management.
  • Working minimum supervision.
  • Desktop level Trouble shooting.
  • Updating of Tickets on I Support Help Desk.
  • Microsoft Applications like Outlook, MS Office, Visual Studio, Oracle Installation and Implementation
  • Working Knowledge of TCP IP Networking, IP telephony System.
  • Knowledge of Hardware, and connection
